Prompt service from Ellen to resolve my issue. Even though it was out of warranty, I was offered a 25% discount off the replacement.

I do hope this new replacement will last longer than the previous one.

installation is breeze, using is pleasure, good product

We tried sesame smart lock before and we loved it. But switchbot is so much better! It comes with adaptors and adding on the keypad to unlock is so convenient.

More worth it to buy this as well especially if, like us, you already have switchbot products like the hub, switchbot.

The lock and keypad work perfectly. Easy to install and to configure in Home Assistant. A charm! Thank you.
